St. Mark's Mission Statement

St. Mark's Church is a parish of the Episcopal Diocese of Fort Worth. As traditional, catholic Christians, our mission is to:

  • Glorify God and proclaim his Holy Gospel through excellence in liturgical worship and sacred music
  • Preserve and teach the faith of the one, holy, catholic and apostolic Church, "which was once for all delivered to the saints" (Jude 3)
  • Provide spiritual development and growth through comprehensive Christian education
  • Enjoy Christian fellowship through an active parish social life
  • "...reach out to and welcome all whom" Christ calls "into saving faith in him within the community of this parish church"  (St. Mark's Parish Prayer for Growth)
