7:1-24(39-40)—The Sacrament of Holy Matrimony
          “For the wife does not rule over her own body, but the husband does;
           likewise the husband does not rule over his own body, but the wife does.
           (“one flesh”)

7:25-38—Holy Celibacy
           “The unmarried man is anxious about the affairs of the Lord, how to please the
           Lord.”

8:1-13—Primacy of Love (food sacrificed to idols)
           “ ‘Knowledge’ puffs up, but love builds up.”  “Only take care lest this liberty of
           yours become a stumbling block to the weak.”

9:1-27—Apostolic sacrifice

1.  In the midst of Christian dissension and disunity, how can we believe in “one, holy…Church”? 

2.  What gifts of the Spirit should we nurture to strengthen St. Mark’s to be faithful in these trying times?

3.  How important is our emphasis on the Sacraments?
